Here in Eikeberget we wish to create a pleasent and safe enviroment for everybody.
Together we will take care of the buildings and out dorr areas.
We are concerned about fire safity, supervision of the electrical
facilityand equipment, common areas and playgrounds.

There are legislations we as a housing company has to follow.
Among them are rules of fire and explotion protection, laws of pollution
and laws about suporvition of the electrical facility and equipment.
The legislation makes demands both to the housing company and to you as a resident.

All residents are obligated to supervice of your own apartment.
This is to prevent the danger of fire, errors on the electrical facility, water leaks and so on.
That is why we as a housing company, as a part of our internal control, have prepared 
a document of information with a check list that you as a resident have to take in your apartment.
This checklist must be done once a year.
