The heat pumps we have chosen to offer you are made by Fujitsu. They are the most reliable and quietest pumps we have in our range today.
Noise is often an issue in housing associations. We have pumps on display in our premises, which can be inspected if desired. But in general, I can say that of the slightly over 60 housing associations/condominiums we already have agreements with, there have been 2 complaints. Both from a poorly insulated house/condominium on Rennesøy. So this usually goes very well. Comparable external sound is, for example, a new dishwasher, only that it is outside. Internal noise of 21-22 db, is barely audible.
Acsenteret AS is Norway's largest independent heat pump supplier. The company was started from a garage outside Bryne 20 years ago. We have operated with positive figures for over 24 years, and have an A rating with credit institutions in Norway. The group ACsenteret AS had a turnover of approximately NOK 290 million last year. This year we aim for 350-400 million. We are approximately 100 employees.
We are sure that we are the best total supplier of heat pumps in Norway. We have our own service equipment, and can carry out repairs, service and installations. Our head office and warehouse are located in Lye (Bryne), and there we have all spare parts and pumps available. We also have branches in Stavanger, Trondheim, Bergen and Sandefjord, Haugesund, Oslo, Østfold, Kristiansand, Drammen and Skien. Otherwise, we have dealers who cover the whole of Norway.

How much does it cost to install a heat pump?
We have started from a basic price that includes the heat pump, assembly and material in the form of ducts and brackets and the like. There is an estimated pipe length of 4m in standard installation, but if you need longer pipes, there will be an additional charge of NOK 500 per meters of pipe. Unforeseen expenses, such as lift hire (if required) are additional. Difficult installations that exceed 4 hours of installation are invoiced at NOK 806 per extra hour started. Lift usually costs around NOK 5,000 in addition, which can possibly be distributed among the number of installed pumps.
ACsenteret as provides a 5-year right of complaint on the heat pump and the work. This guarantee assumes that you have serviced the heat pump after 2 years of operation.

Installation on brick wall:
If this is a brick wall behind slabs, etc. we charge NOK 800 per hole taking Pipe length. We include 4m of piping. We may charge an additional NOK 500 per meters beyond the 4m that is included. We charge an additional NOK 1,500 for black channels.
Heat pump housing:
If you want each outdoor part to be covered by a heat pump house, we will charge an additional NOK 2,990 per house.
Possibly NOK 126. per month. We recommend that the heat pumps are left without a housing, but can understand that this is desirable for aesthetic reasons.
Wifi Control:
Norgespumpa has wifi control included. On the other three, wifi is extra. This costs NOK 2,000, up to NOK 83 per month.
Discount for residents of Eikeberget.
We have selected options that we believe are very good, and particularly quiet on the outside. And takes into account sound, quality and, not least, the fact that we have tried this out in many housing associations before you. Service agreement for Eikebreget .
When it comes to servicing heat pumps in the housing association, we can set up a discount agreement on this.
You will then receive a discount on service.
Price per service will then be NOK 1,432 per household (normal price NOK 1,990)
Service is recommended every 2-3 years.
All electrical work must be carried out by authorized electricians. We do nothing electrical, and the power point must be ready for installation. We have a partnership with the company Svithun Elektro AS, if any electricity is needed. Power is best set up outside by the outdoor unit. Reservations for typographical errors in the offer.
Advantages of a heat pump:
- Heat pumps usually use ¼ of a normal panel oven. This one pump that has been proposed provides, for example, 5.5/4.3 times the heat per watt supplied. So if it uses 360w, it produces 2,000w of heat. A normal panel oven of 2000w uses 2000w if it produces 2000w. Enova says that heat pumps on average save around 30% of a house/apartment's total electricity costs.
- Air circulation: Heat pumps ensure an even circulation of the heat, which means that the heat moves on to the associated rooms. So the heat is distributed over a larger area, rather than just where it is standing.
- Cooling: Heat pumps also cool down if it gets too hot on a hot summer day.
