We have a new type of car charger in our garage, a Schneider EVLink (as in the picture). This one wil fit most of the Nordic electric cars.
Eikeberget has an agreement for the operation of the facility with Smartly until the summer of 2030. Everyone who wants to use the charging facilities have to have an electric agreement  with Lyse for the car chargers. This costs 299,- as a startup fee, and 49,-/month and 1,-/kWh. This is a settles price for everyone, and won´t change.
After installation of the charger you will get noted, and you can download the app “Smartly” and connect to the charger using the 4 digits, put on the charger.
You can also use a RFID-chip. That is done through your profile in the Smartly-app.
We recommend connecting your phone to the garage wifi. You will find WiFi name and password written on the router mounted in the roof outside the elevator.

Cash amount with electricity agreement (recommended):
19188,- inkl vat (presupposes an electricity agreement with Lyse)
Interest free down payment over 36 months (recommended):
533,- per month inkl vat (presupposes an electricity agreement with Lyse)
Cash amount without electricity agreement (not recommended):
22495,- inkl vat

Installing a used car charger
Remember that you have to use a charger of the type Schneider EVLink.
If you have bought a charger from a neighbor this van be installed in your own parking space. Without the price of the charger, main fuse and possibly a connection point, it costs (last updated 2022) 5000,- to get it installed by OneCo. The price is based on time and hardware. To get startet contact Smartly directly who then will give the mission to OneCo.
You will be contacted directly by the electrition and make time. It is only OneCo or Carlsen electro who are allowed to work at our facilities.
 
Can I take with me the charger when I move?
Yes you can. It is your charger. But remember that if it is installed during sale, the charger is a part of the apartment. If you are taking it away, no matter the reason, you have to take the cost of taking it away.
