Welcome to those of you who have just moved in, new to our site and all other visitors! Our website is open and you don't need to log in. Here we will continuously post information, via the menu on the left side.
These pages will primarily be part of the housing association's information channel to the residents, but are also intended for those of you who are wondering how we are doing in our living environment.
Contact the board should be made via the Board's email is eikeberget@styretmitt.no. You can also come by the activity house from 6-7 pm on the last Tuesday of the month (except July and December). Board members will then be available to provide resident assistance. You can then bring small matters you are wondering about for a maximum of 10 minutes per time.
The resident project "Increased resident competence" and the Board of Borettslaget Eikeberget, invite you to a new open meeting in the activity house! February 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM-7:30 PM.

The annual meeting of Eikeberget Borettslag is approaching and the election committee is in the process of working. Borettslaget consists of 140 apartments and has a board of 5 members and 2 deputies. At the next annual meeting, two board representatives are up for election. Based on discussions with the board, there is a desire to strengthen the board's expertise in the construction technology area and in relation to finances. Future board members should have basic digital competence. The election committee also wants to contact people who want to run as deputies to the board, and the election committee.
We hope that you can contact the election committee if you can imagine contributing to the board's work now, or in the longer term. If you know someone who is eligible for one of the positions of trust, it would be nice if you could encourage them to contact Ingunn Bakke
