The housing association has insurance through Gjensidige.
This applies to the building and shared technical facilities.

Residents must take out contents insurance with an insurance company of their own choosing, which will cover: contents and fixtures inside their own apartment, including certain fixed items.
Important: In the event of damage to your apartment, it is a good idea to check whether the damage applies to the building (the housing association) or loose objects/installations in your home (contents).
Contact the board if you are unsure whether it is covered by the housing association or your own contents insurance.

All contact with Gjensidige regarding the housing association's insurance must first be reported to the board.
