At Eikeberget we wish to create a pleasant and safe environment for everyone.
Together we will take care of the buildings and outdoor areas.
We are concerned with fire safety, supervision of the electrical facilities, the common areas and playgrounds.
There are Norwegian legislation that housing associations must follow.
Included in this are rules about Fire and explosion protection, Pollution Control
and Supervision of the electrical installations and equipment.
The legislation sets requirements for both the housing association’s board and for you as a resident.
All residents are obligated to supervise their own apartment to prevent risk of fire, electrical faults, water leaks and so on.
As part of our internal quality control in the housing association, we have prepared an information letter with a check list.
Please go through the checklist for your apartment at least once a year.
