This project started 4 years but got underway 2 years ago. We collaborate with the board of the housing association and have a representative from the board as part of the steering committee, which currently consists of 9 residents. In addition, we have a collaboration group consisting of 84 residents. The collaboration group receives regular information from the project. In the last two years, the project has arranged 4 open meetings in prioritized areas such as: Preventive fire protection in the individual apartment, garbage management, thorough information for residents, and emergency preparedness.

Many residents have called for more information about the finances of the housing association. An open meeting was held, together with the board, on February 17, 2026.
