Am I allowed to park in front of my apartment?

Yes, as long as the purpose is loading and unloading the car. Remember that the axle pressure can not extend 2 tonns.
Elgefaret and Hjortestien are public roads and parking companies are controlling them from time to time. The board can not give permissions to park in the aera outside marked parkingspaces.
 
Am I allowed to park in the guest parkingspaces?
No, this parkingspace is reserved for the guest of Eikeberget.
That means that you can not use these parking spaces for your car number two for example. If you need an extra parking space, you can hang a note on the notice boards with your contact information and a request to rent a parking space. Unfortunately, the board does not have an overview of any available parking spaces.
  
Am I allowed to rent my parkingspace to other users?
Yes, you can rent the parkingspace to your naighbors in Eikeberget. If you want to rent it to a person outside Eikeberget, the board has to aproove that request.
 
Am I allowed to hang things from the garage roof?
Yes, several users have this as a solution today.
 
Garage gate:
Using a garage door opener or manually is the only option now to open the garage door for renewal. This can be purchased from the board for NOK 690 by Vipps number 915069 to Borettslaget Eikeberget.  See menu on the left.
