Item 1, 18-19: Rogaland Fire and Rescue
Presentation of Fire safety and prevention work in individual homes by speakers Elin and Eirik from Rogaland Fire and Rescue.
The presentation was based on the brochure "Safe at home", published by the fire department.
The individual resident can contact the fire service and ask for a home visit.
https://branntips.no/en is a website created by the fire service in Norway where you can report fire safety concerns.
Rogaland Fire and IKS' speakers strongly recommended that the housing association develops a fire instruction. This is outside the project's mandate and objective and is something that the Board will have to address and follow up.

Thonette informed about the Project Developing Resident Competence
She emphasized the importance of focus on fire safety measures in our housing association.
The members in the steering group were presented.
Information about the fire safety checklist was presented.
A new open meeting will be arranged in January.

Progress plan:
Powerpoint presentation from Rogaland Fire and Rescue will be posted on Eikeberget's website.
Meeting to be evaluated in the next steering group meeting.
Voluntary residents and everyone in the steering group will start using the fire safety checklist. Thonette will contact the voluntary residents.
Checklist for fire safety to be placed in the mailbox for all residents in the housing Association by Vigdis in week 35.
A new fire safety meeting will be held in January for all residents to share their experiences of following the focus on fire safety in the individual's apartment.
