IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO ALL RESIDENTS IN EIKEBERGET BORETTSLAG
Duty / maintenance / service phone to Eikeberget borettslag is open Monday to Friday from 17:00 to19:00, but if urgent you can call 24 / 7. (Only if urgent).

Visiting adress: Aktivitetshuset, Hjortestien 19 (Open every Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:00. Or by appointment.
Board work is voluntary. Most of us also have ordinary working hours.
So unfortunately we are not available at all times.
USEFUL INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
TO ALL RESIDENTS IN EIKEBERGET BORETTSLAG
Ordinary garbage, glass/metal and paper trash bins are removed from our garage. Please use buried containers.
This is due to extra cost for two alternatives regarding emptying garbage, but also we will have more space in both garbage room and garage.
We need to keep plastic bins until plastic will be a part of ordinary garbage, hopefully within 2018. However we will acquire two small “containers” for empty paint cans, light bulbs, batteries, small electrical articles. This is for free😊
But, if this causes serious problems;
Eikeberget borettslag will provide containers once a year, in conjunction with voluntary work / “dugnad “
You may also contact the board – duty phone number 480 63 575, if urgent need of assistance regarding garbage.
Please be very critical regarding what you throw in the FRETEX container in the garage. With reference to latest news in media.
Please do not feed cats, birds and dogs out door. This causes diligent visits of mice, rats, seagulls and “muck”.
4.AWNINGS / MARKISER (VERY IMPORTANT)
We are not allowed to choose what we want regarding awnings / markiser or which color, when living cooperative. Awnings / markiser are a part of the facade, and we have rules for what choice we do, both regarding kind of awning, and which color. You will find the «rules» and choice of color in our web page, www.eikeberget.no, or by contacting the board.
Please respect this, as this can cause huge and extra costs if we do not follow these rules.
5.NEW AND LONGED CLEANER
We are sorry that we did not have a cleaner this summer. We hereby welcome our new cleaner😊
She will clean all corridors (7 in total), and elevator rooms, once every two weeks, from 09.08.2018😊
Please keep the corridors tidy. And please remove stuff that does not belong there.
6.CUSTODIAN / MAINTENANCE MAN
Øyvind Orstad will terminate his position as custodian / maintenance man. His last day is 31st August 2018.
The board is working on finding his replacement. In the meantime please contact the board, phone number 480 63 575, if needed.
Regarding that Øyvind Orstad is leaving us, and “well blown” rehabilitation, we hereby invite you to a “cometogether” party.
Saturday 29th September 2018, aktivitetshuset, Hjortestien 19. Shrimps, crabs and…. More info will follow, but please note the date 😊 because we deserve it😊
